What is Imsert?
- Imsert is the new AI image recommendation tool from Vamoos. It will revolutionise the way you select imagery, and significantly reduce the time it takes you to build itineraries in Vamoos.
- Imsert learns from what you are doing every time you use the Vamoos Storyboard, and uses that knowledge to suggest relevant images.
- Using AI, Imsert will automatically learn which images to suggest for certain locations, hotels or activities in Storyboard days.
- With Imsert we have also introduced an integration with a royalty-free high-quality image library, Unsplash, allowing you to find and add new imagery from directly within the Vamoos Storyboard.
- Imsert is your personal AI, it will only suggest imagery you have previously selected in Vamoos, it will not suggest anyone elses, or any stock imagery unless you specifically select the image from our new Unsplash integration.
How to use Imsert in Vamoos
- Go to the Vamoos Portal, open a Vamoos Trip and go to Storyboard
- Press Add to add a new storyboard day
- When you select a location, or start typing in the Day Title or Additional Information box, Imsert’s AI will engage and suggest 5 images based on your previous use - the more you type, the suggested images will change and become more accurate.
- To select one of them, simply click on one of the 5 images and it will be added directly to the storyboard frame, as easy as that!
- If you do not want to choose one of the 5 images, just press the Upload button in the corner
- You’ll now be taken to this familiar screen where - same as before - you can select an image from your Vamoos Library, or press Upload and upload a new image from your computer. The new addition to this page is the ‘Unsplash’ option, explained below.

- To access our new Unsplash stock image library, press the ‘Upload’ icon on a Storyboard frame, and you will see the Unsplash button
Here you can search a high-quality, royalty-free image library for the image you’d like
- Once you have found an image you’d like, just click on it, and press Select it to add it to the storyboard
- Imsert will remember this image, and will now suggest it when you create a similar day on the Vamoos Storyboard
FAQs
- Q: I am a new customer, how do I add my image library to Imsert?
- A: You can upload an existing image library to Imsert via our publicly available API, we’ve made every effort to make this simple for your developers. We can advise you on this by emailing support@vamoos.com. Otherwise just add your images in the usual way, and Imsert will learn from you over time.
- Q: Where do the images come from that Imsert recommends?
- A: Imsert will only recommend images that have been previously used on the Vamoos Storyboard on your company Vamoos account. No one else's images will show & no stock imagery will be recommended unless you specifically choose to add an image from Unsplash (even then, only the specificailly chosen images will be recommended)
- Q: Will Imsert work if I am using Vamoos in another language?
- A: Yes! Imsert learns from key locations
