Vamoos allows you to generate a PDF version of the itinerary you have created. This can be useful to attach in emails for quoting or to upload to the documents section of the app.

Introduction to Creations
- The Creations tool allows you to automatically generate a PDF document from your Vamoos itinerary.
- It works as a great back-up tool if you ever need to email or download a version of your itinerary, or if you want to send a PDF for quoting purposes
- The PDF includes the day-by-day storyboard information, a map showing the trip locations. You can also personalise it with front and back page notes and your branding.

Generating a PDF Creation
- Go to your Vamoos List and open up the relevant trip. Click on the Creations tab on the left-hand side menu
- To generate a new creation, click on + New Creation
- On the pop-up that appears, choose the content you would like to show in your Creations document:
- File name - give your PDF a name
- Show days in document - if you are using the storyboard for information and without dates, please turn this switch off
- Table of Contents - this adds a page with a list with day titles & relevant page numbers
- Storyboard - choose to pull through the content in your storyboard, and you can choose either full height or square images
- Front or Last page notes - add in any extra information that may be necessary such as pricing if you are using this for quoting, T+Cs, disclaimers or a personalised message
- Click the Generate button to create your PDF
Sharing or downloading your PDF Creation
- Once you have created your PDF, you will see some tools next to the created document that allows you to share it:
- Refresh - you can refresh your creation if you have made any changes to the itinerary and the PDF will update
- Download - choose either a Web or Print version to your computer (print is higher quality)
- Add directly to the documents section for this trip
- Edit the Creation
- Delete the Creation
TOP TIP: if you are looking to attach the PDF in an email, make sure you download the 'Web Version'. This is a smaller file than the 'Print Version'If you have any further questions or need help with this, you can contact us at support@vamoos.com.
