How to change your password 

  • If you would like to change the password that you use to log in to the Vamoos portal, click on the person icon in the top-right-hand corner of your screen



  • Then select Account Settings


  • You can then click on the pencil icon next to Password



  • You can now insert your old password and enter the new password you would like and press SAVE






How to reset your password 


  • If you have forgotten your password and would like to reset it, go to portal.vamoos.com and select Log in


  • Click on the Forgot your password? link



  • You can then enter the email linked to your account that the temporary password will be sent to



  • You will then receive a temporary recovery password, please then use this password to log in as usual


  • Once logged in, please change this temporary password to one you will remember by following the steps above.
