Add your colleagues or invite users to collaborate with you using the Users section. You can give people access to all trips on your account, or just selected content.

How to add a new user to your account
- To add a new user to your business account, go to Settings in the top menu bar and select Users
- Press the + ASSIGN USER button in the top right-hand corner of your screen
- Here, you can insert the email of the person you would like to add as a user on your account
- There are 3 options for user access, see below for an explanation of these
PLEASE NOTE: If the person you are inviting as a user has not already set up a free Vamoos user account, they will receive an email asking them to sign up fo an account. See more about signing up here.
Different types of users
- When adding a user to your account, there are 3 different options for the access they have to your account:
- Admin: This gives the user unrestricted access to all of the settings and content on the account. This is the most typical type of user role for adding your colleagues
- Regular User: This gives the user full access to all trips, but they cannot make edits to shared resources which are POIs, Notifications and Inspirations
- Limited User: This gives the user access only to their own trips or any they have directly been invited to edit. This is best for inviting a DMC or external team member to edit specific content only
Inviting limited users to specific trips (Share Access)
- When a limited user is set up they do not have access to your trips unless you specifically invite them to view or edit them
- To do this, go to your Vamoos List and open up the trip you'd like to share
- On the left-hand side menu, scroll down to Share Access
- You can then enter the Email Address of the user you'd like to share this trip with
- Select whether they can have read-only or write access too and press Invite
Deleting users
- If you would like to delete a user from your account, go to Settings and then Users
- Press the Trash icon next to the user
