Vouchers on your app are a great way to offer your clients exclusive deals and promotions to your property and local vendors' goods and services.

- Display local promotions exclusively for your guests
- Help your local partners promote the best activities in your area
- Update these offers as and when they become available or expire
- Don't forget to include any in-house offers to maximise upsell
Access settings
- You can select who can access the information, through the Access Settings.
- You can have Daily Activities available at all times, only during your guests' dates of stay, only to those with passcodes or not show the information at all
Creating a voucher
- Go to the Vouchers/menus section on your left-hand side menu
- Select + Add
- You can then fill in information about the voucher
- Title: insert the name of the voucher/menu
- Description: add an overview or some more details
- Background image: add an image related to the voucher/menu
- Video: you can also add a video relating to the voucher
- You can also add some extra information or details about the activity. You have the option of adding up to 2 buttons.
- To add a button, check the box
- You can then give the button a name and choose an icon
- To add a PDF or URL link, press the Attach button
- You will be able to upload a file from your library, upload one from your desktop or attach a URL
- Once created press Save
Activate Vouchers
- You have the option to choose what vouchers are displayed for your guests
- By default your Voucher will display as 'active'
- To deactivate any voucher, just toggle the switch next to the voucher
- The activation and deactivation of vouchers allow for seasonal flexiblity of your voucher offerings.
Editing Vouchers
- You can edit or update your vouchers by clicking on the pencil icon
- To delete your vouchers click on the bin icon
TOP TIP: The Voucher feature could be used in a promotional way to stimulate bookings and sales on anything else that you would like to promote at your property. For example - offering a Voucher for a discount in your in-house shopping or a meal voucher.
