The Daily Activities section of Vamoos allows you to highlight and promote the activities which you offer at your property.

Introduction to Daily Activities

• Daily activities allow you to advertise all the activities you have to offer your guests

• No need to rely on notice boards or staff to promote the charged and free activities you offer

• This saves time for both the guest and the property staff as all the information is available 24/7

Access settings

• You can select who can access the information, through the Access Settings.

• You can have Daily Activities available at all times, only during your guests' dates of stay, only to those with passcodes or not show the information at all 

Add your Daily Activities

• To add your Daily Activities, go to the Daily Activities section of your left-hand side menu 

• Press Add 

• You can then fill in the information about the activity item

• Title: name the activity 

• Days: choose which days you would like to display this information 

• Description: add some information about what the activity includes

• Background image: add an image related to the activity 

• Video: you can also add a video of the activity

• You can also add some extra information or details about the activity. You have the option of adding up to 2 buttons.

• To add a button, check the box

• You can then give the button a name and choose an icon

• To add a PDF or URL link, press the Attach button 

• You will be able to upload a file from your library, upload one from your desktop or attach a URL 

• Once created press Save

TOP TIP: When using the 'Button' feature, you can add your website URL to pre-book through the app. This works well for Spa Treatments or other activites which can easily be booked 
online

• Once you have added your daily activities, they will be displayed in a list:

• You can easily edit the days each activity is available along with the activity details to ensure your guests always have the most up-to-date information
  

• To edit, press the pencil icon

• To delete a daily activity, press the bin icon
